How the photo with "his majesty" works
- Place yourself at the photo point next to the "3,798 metres" board.
- Look, smile, wave towards the camera - whatever comes to mind.
- Press the start button aaaaand hold still: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 ...
- ... after five seconds the camera triggers and your Glockner photo is snapped.
- The photo is uploaded to the website www.grossglockner.at.
- Choose your majestic souvenir photo online (see below).
- Download the photo, send it to friends, post it or save it on your device.
Download problems
The difficult conditions in the high mountains can occasionally lead to internet connection problems. Unfortunately, in some cases this means that the pictures taken cannot be saved. As there is no cache, it is not possible for us to make the pictures available at a later date.
We are very sorry if your photo was not saved and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
