Grossglockner Mountain Run

The Grossglockner and Heiligenblut will mutate into Austria's mountain running Mecca again this year from 3rd - 5th July 2026! On the mountain running weekend in Heiligenblut am Grossglockner, real mountain athletes can show what they're made of. 
Run from Heiligenblut to the Kaiser-Franz-Josefs-Höhe off the road, through alpine terrain in the Hohe Tauern nature reserve and experience the breathtaking landscape in front of the Grossglockner up close.
13.3 km in length / 1,300 metres in altitude / 1,500 participants
